好像看到UFO(其實是LED風箏)

現在，我大約在內湖

往西邊，仰角約30度

有個UFO，會發出紅、綠閃光，几乎不會移動，不像飛機

現在，它又出現了

老位置，西邊高度角30度左右

如此規律，應該可以確定是有人在某大樓放LED風箏
