參考"of the people, by the people, for the people"→"龍有、龍治、龍享"

搞笑一點的：天鱗鱗，地鱗鱗。
幫第二個口號想到一個解釋：四個「鱗」代表易經乾卦天、地爻中的四龍。

天 ------  亢龍有悔
天 ------  飛龍在天
人 ------
人 ------
地 ------  見龍在田
地 ------  潛龍勿用
