有可能

但是因為龍跟人的細胞不一樣，所以能感染龍的病毒和人的病毒是不一樣的~

你的問題讓我回想起Disney電影《The Sword in the Stone》  

劇中女巫跟梅林鬥法，女巫變成龍之後，梅林變成病原體讓龍生病

由於梅林能穿越時空，所以梅林變成新冠病毒也是有可能的     

題外話，《石中劍》裡的龍我沒什麼共鳴呢

反而是亞瑟變成小鳥讓我更有共鳴
